Why is LLM in Canada for Indian students a good decision? The LLM nomenclature translates to Latin Legum Magister. This master’s course in law usually extends for 1-2 years, depending on the institution. Law undergraduates, through this course, can specialize in diverse fields such as Corporate Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, and more. Other subjects include legal theory, health law, ethics and policy, intellectual property law, conflict prevention, and free trade.

The scope of an LLM in Canada for Indian students is immense, considering the lucrative job prospects in the country. A survey by Robert Half Legal in 2019 discovered how 63% of Canada’s 150 law firms were planning to recruit new professionals, indicating 23% growth in demand for new talent in the field.
