A Bachelor's degree in Medical in Australia is known as a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). The course duration is five to six years, including a one-year internship. The course curriculum includes theoretical knowledge and practical training in areas such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, pathology, and clinical skills.

To be eligible for the MBBS program, International students must have completed their high school education and meet the minimum entry requirements of the university. The requirements may vary from one university to another, but most universities require a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0, English language proficiency, and completion of prerequisite subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
