The cost of study in Denmark for non-EU/EEA is between Danish Krone (DKK) 45,000 and DKK 106,000 per year for a Bachelor’s and DKK 51,000 to DKK 108,000 per year for a Master’s program.

Scholarships Available for International Students in Denmark

Danish State Scholarships at the University of Copenhagen

Students that receive the Danish Government Scholarship get a full or partial waiver on their tuition fees. The amount can also be given to them to cover their basic cost of living in the country. University College of Northern Denmark Scholarships 2023-23

UCN’s scholarship covers 30-50% of the tuition fee. The applicants must apply and get accepted to one of the English-taught study programs that UCN offers.

FUTURE CROPPING - Danish Innovation scholarships

Under this scholarship, the students will receive a full tuition waiver, including a monthly scholarship of DKK 8,300 toward living expenses. Students from nations like the Republic of Korea, India, the United States, Brazil, Japan, and China, are eligible for application.


Study in Denmark: Eligibility & Documents Requirements

Note that each university has a preferred set of eligibility criteria and documents.  However, there are some general application requirements.

  • An internationally recognized previous degree or equivalent course
  • List of hours in each subject (hours completed for a given subject of your previous education that are relevant to the intended field of study)
