MBBS in Hungary: Eligibility Criteria 

The following is a list of the eligibility criteria for an MBBS degree in Hungary.

  1. The minimum age requirement for admission to MBBS in Hungary is 18 years, and the maximum age limit varies from university to university.
  2. Must be an accredited high school or college/university graduate. Students must have passed Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or English Language in the final year of their high school studies. Failing to do so exempts one from applying.
  3. Some universities in Hungary require applicants to take entrance exams and online exams if the candidate is still in their final year of study and has not yet received their School Leaving Certificate or Diploma. In such cases, students must prove they are attending high school.
  4. Students who have successfully pursued medical studies in the English language from other accredited universities can apply for admission without taking an entrance examination.
  5. Holders of GCE A2 levels, IB Diploma, or a BSc Degree in Biomedical, Natural, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (pursued in English) are also exempted from sitting for the entrance examination.
