Developed in partnership with the Centre for Excellence for Children’s Care and Protection (CELCIS), the programme has a fresh, engaging curriculum that draws from a variety of disciplines and approaches including child and youth care, social pedagogy, sociology, psychology, health, education, social work and social policy.

Birkbeck's MA Health and Clinical Psychological Sciences is designed for graduates with a background in psychology, neuroscience or health sciences, who want to deepen their understanding of cutting-edge contemporary research in health (including health psychology, applied neuroscience and neuropsychology) and the factors contributing to physical and mental health outcomes.
