The campus of Saginaw Valley State University incorporates academic buildings, residence buildings and other buildings such as Covenant MedExpress, which is a clinic and it has developed a partnership with Covenant Healthcare, which has lab and X-ray facilities. With a suburban setting, SVSU has a campus size of 782 acres.
