Bath Spa University, which was originally established in 1852 as the Bath School of Art, acquired university status in 2005, and is now one of the largest providers of teacher education in the nation. In addition, Bath Spa University is situated across three main campuses in and near the southwest England region's ancient city of Bath. 

Bath is regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in the UK and was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1987. It is well known for its extensive history and Georgian architecture.
