The healthcare industry as a whole is becoming more data-driven. Healthcare organizations leverage data analytics to enhance the customer experiences and improve efficiency on a large scale. In this concentration, students will gain understanding of topics relevant to health care including health care legislation, IT governance, techniques, tools and processes currently used to collect, manage and analyze data by health care organizations.

The master’s degree program in clinical mental health counseling is designed to provide the trainee with the understanding, training, and experience necessary for entry and successful participation and development in the field and to prepare them for licensure as a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Indiana. An additional purpose is to provide students with a foundation for more advanced study in the field. It is primarily intended for persons who wish to engage in counseling in settings such as youth serving agencies, career training programs, correctional institutions, or other community counseling settings.

The Master of Public Health provides a general overview of public health beyond that of the undergraduate level. It is particularly recommended for those students who wish to: advance in their careers beyond entry-level positions; assume additional organizational responsibilities; or pursue a doctorate degree. General requirements include an internship and an option of a thesis or research project.
