Considering that Angelo State is a residential college, its more than 100 student organizations have a significant impact on the campus social scene. The Houston Harte University Centre meets the social and recreational needs of students. There are numerous pools, ping pong, and air hockey tables, as well as lots of couches and student gathering spaces, available for student amusement. More than 600 different kinds of scholarships are available through the university, and most of them only require one application. Academic scholarships, general scholarships, scholarships related to certain degree programs, and more are all included.
