IGlobal University was founded in 2008 by Dr. David Sohn so that students are offered the most innovative and effective education around the world and that too without compromising on the affordability. The university was established to provide education across all sections of society. 

To achieve the founding vision, Dr. Sohn and his colleagues set some strategic goals along with some significant milestones such as

• Department of Homeland Security’s certification – Student and Exchange Visitor Program (ICE SEVP). 
• Department of Education’s approval for Title IV Federal Student Aid Program.

Exams Required to Study at IGlobal University 

To qualify for IGlobal University admissions, international students have to prove their proficiency in English since it is the most commonly used medium of instruction in the US. To prove your proficiency in English, you need to furnish scores through either IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE. Following are the minimum scores required to get admission at IGlobal University: 

• IELTS score of 5.5
• TOEFL score: 70 on iBT or TOEFL iBT home edition
• PTE score of 50
• iTEP score of 3.7 
• WAEC score of C6
• Duolingo English Test (DET)score of 90 or higher.

Admission Requirements for IGlobal University

The admission requirements for native students differ from that of international students. While international students have to present their passport copies and fill out additional forms, native learners are exempted from such formalities. Here’s an overview of the IGlobal University requirements for every student. 

• An application fee of $50 (INR 3,778) for every student.
• Bachelor’s degree mark sheet for a graduate program and high-school mark sheet for admission to undergraduate and certificate programs.
• Official Transcript for students seeking admission to undergraduate and graduate degrees.
• English proficiency scores – waived for domestic applicants who have studied from accredited US institutions.
• Financial documents. 
• Statement of Purpose. 
• Readiness Assessment – only for distance education applicants to check if they can access the technology necessary to complete the course.

Additional requirements for international applicants:

• Copy of the inside cover and signature page of the student’s passport. 
• Original copy of bank statement(s) showing that the applicant has adequate funds to aid their studies. 
• The I-94 and any previous I-20 forms are required from the transfer-in students. 
• Visa copy. 
• I-20 Mailing Fee of $75-$100: It is required for I-20 forms mailed outside of the US. 

Scholarships at IGlobal University  

The scholarships at IGlobal University are awarded to aid with tuition fees only and get credited against a student’s fees. A prospective student can apply for the scholarship at the time of admission, and if they fulfill the eligibility criteria, they will directly qualify for it. No single student can receive more than one scholarship at a time, and failure to maintain a specific GPA can result in the loss of a scholarship. Listed below are scholarships offered for the students at IGlobal university and the eligibility criteria for each one of them:
