Wilfrid Laurier University Ranking 2024

With campuses in Waterloo, Brantford, and Milton, Wilfrid Laurier University (often abbreviated as WLU or just Laurier) is a public university in Ontario, Canada. The institution refers to itself as a "multi-campus multi-community university" and does not regard the two more recent campuses in Brantford and Milton to be satellite campuses of the original Waterloo site. The university also has locations in Toronto, Yellowknife, and Kitchener. 

As of autumn 2019, the university had over 17,000 full-time undergraduate students, over 1000 full-time graduate students, and close to 4,000 part-time students enrolled in a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs. The Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks, Laurier's varsity teams, are members of the U Sports-affiliated Ontario University Athletics West Conference. Wilfrid Laurier's business school, the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, is situated in Waterloo, Ontario. with 60 part-time and over 160 full-time academic members. The school has Wilfrid's largest faculty. The School boasted more than 30,000 alumni as of 2018.

The Laurier Library has 1 million print volumes, 312,000 electronic books, 68,000 electronic journals, 280 databases, and thousands of media products (about 5,000 including DVDs and streaming) as of the 2014–2015 annual report. Furthermore, the library belongs to the tri-university "group of libraries" consisting of Wilfrid Laurier University, University of Waterloo, and University of Guelph.
