Harvard University, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is an Ivy League private research university. The first patron of Harvard College was a Puritan clergyman called John Harvard. The university was named after him when it was established in 1636 as Harvard College. It is now among the most highly esteemed colleges in the world, thanks to its stature, riches, and influence.

More than 3,700 courses are available to students at Harvard University, including graduate programs in 135 fields and undergraduate programs in 58. Harvard University's programs cover a wide range, from social science to business administration, law, and medicine studies, among others. It is possible to enroll at Harvard University and then select your undergraduate concentration. A two-year, full-time, residential MBA program is offered by Harvard Business School, with 37% of the student body coming from abroad.
