De Montfort University Ranking 2024

In the English city of Leicester, De Montfort University Leicester (DMU) is a public university. It was created in 1992 as a degree awarding authority in compliance with the Further and Higher Education Act. Simon de Montfort, an Earl of Leicester in the 13th century, was the inspiration for the name De Montfort University. 3240 employees and 27,000 students are enrolled full- and part-time at De Montfort University. The university is divided into four faculties: computing, engineering, and media (CEM), business and law (BAL), health and life sciences (H&LS), and art, design, and humanities (ADH). It is a Sustainable Development Hub that prioritizes peace, justice, and robust institutions. The United Nations established this program in 2018. 

There are many amenities available to students in the Campus Centre. After being finished in September 2003, the structure served many purposes and offered a variety of services.  The main Kimberlin Library and three auxiliary libraries make up the four library locations on campus. Off-campus access to many library services is also available at all times, including electronic resources like academic databases and online account management tools like book renewal.
