Master of Science at Western Sydney University

The Master of Science is an advanced course that can be taken in one of the two specialisations; Public Health Nutrition or Food Science. The course builds upon the professional experience and/or prior qualifications to develop advanced expertise and critical understanding in science and in Public Health Nutrition or Food Science. The course is completed with a capstone unit that is desined to integrate the various themes that flow throughout the program and develop research skills in science.
