This Diploma of Screen and Media (Specialist Make-up Services) will teach you how to design, apply and remove make-up and wigs for a range of different applications. You will be taught by specialist teachers with close links to the screen make-up and special effects industry. Melbourne Polytechnic's facilities will allow you to experience industry practices, with access to purpose-built lassrooms with individual student workstations and our dedicated prosthetics lab. Working together with other students, you will create detailed special effects as seen on film, television and the stage. You will also collaborate with other student groups who are producing theatre, film and television productions.
