ABOUT THE PROGRAM
From defending the rights of the marginalized to shaping landmark policies, lawyers play a pivotal role in driving societal change. To concur with the demand for seasoned professionals, GGU’s BA in Law not only equips students with legal draftsmanship and legal expertise fit for bench and bar but also inculcates amongst them a spirit for helping those who require justice. The Bachelor of Arts in Law offers undergraduate students a comprehensive understanding of critical topics, theoretical perspectives, and core concepts. Students will explore various domains of law, including administrative, constitutional, contract, and criminal and civil procedures, through real-world case studies and examples. The program also emphasizes broader skills such as critical thinking, communication, ethics, and quantitative fluency, ensuring graduates possess a well-rounded skill set. Additionally, the program prepares students for advanced studies in law via a smooth transition into JD degree programs. The program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and values indispensable to navigate the complex legal landscape and contribute to understanding social, cultural, and economic diversity.
