What is Land Development

Land development is the transformation of the landscape in a variety of ways, including Landforms that have been altered from their natural or semi-natural form for an objective such as farming or habitation, subdividing land into sections, usually for the intent of building houses, real estate development or repurposing, such as transforming an underutilized factory building into an apartment. In economic terms, land development is also known as land improvement or amelioration. It refers to investments that make land more accessible to humanity.
