Teesside University Ranking 2024

A public university in North East England, Teesside University has its main campus in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. Constantine Technical College was formally inaugurated in 1930. It later changed its name to a polytechnic in 1969 and received university status from the Privy Council in 1992. According to the 2021/22 HESA student record, the university has about 22,500 students studying in the UK.

Since its founding as Constantine Technical College in 1930, Teesside University has been situated on the south banks of the River Tees in the English borough of Middlesbrough, in the North Yorkshire region. 

Self-catered rooms are offered by Teesside University and are often only available to first-year undergraduate students. International students, postgraduates, staff, and undergraduates can all find housing. The institution manages a variety of accommodations, including halls, homes, and apartments. Additional spaces are available through the university-administered housing program, which uses privately owned but controlled houses. The university purchased Teesside Central in 2015, expanding its inventory of housing to include 75 en-suite apartments. The name of this lodging is Central Halls.

According to the 2021 subject wise rankings of Teesside University, it is ranked #25 in Chemical Engineering and #38 in Civil Engineering. In Electronic and Electrical Engineering, the University is ranked #47, and it is ranked #37 in Mechanical Engineering.
