The Bachelor of Applied Science in Enterprise Management is a cohort model degree completion program designed for the non-traditional student who is interested in an integrated exposure to business concepts and decision-making processes. The courses are segmented by semester into stackable certifications, ultimately providing four marketable specializations: Accounting and Information Systems, Marketing, Enterprise Management and Entrepreneurship. The fourth semester provides a capstone experience, which incorporates an internship and community experience.  For students with an AS degree from a USHE institution, the BAS degree is 62 additional credits if ECON 2010 was not taken as part of the general education requirements. The curriculum is intentional in its preparation, with a focus on employable skills and multi-disciplinary learning. At each level of the program, students will be exposed to a new certification and relevant applications to enhance retention. This degree will include upper division courses in finance, information systems & analytics, management, and marketing. Students will also complete an internship or project and a community experience.

The Management bachelor’s degree at Utah Tech University is directed toward students who are seeking a general business degree. This degree would be especially appropriate for students who want to manage small businesses or become entrepreneurs. The degree is also an excellent choice for students wishing to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. 

Marketing is an in-demand function for organizations of all sizes and crosses every industry throughout the globe. The digital age and globalization of business has transformed the way consumers behave and requires businesses to adapt to their ever changing needs. To prepare graduates for the skills needed in the new age of marketing, the Utah Tech BA/BS in Marketing Degree is uniquely designed  to allow students to focus on marketing career tracks that specifically address areas of specialization. This focused curriculum, along with the traditional marketing and business foundation courses, provides graduates with a competitive advantage. Students who seek a more global perspective on marketing may pursue the BA Degree; this requires the Bachelor of Arts foreign language requirement as outlined in the catalog for every Utah Tech BA degree. 

The Utah Tech Population Health Program develops a comprehensive framework that prepares students to successfully enter a career in the health industry or attend graduate school through an active learning environment that supports inter-professional education, innovative thinking, community engagement, and evidence-based practices.

The Associate of Applied Science in General Technology (A.A.S.) - Business emphasis, prepares students for entry-level business careers and small business ownership.  The content incorporates related general education requirements, essential business courses and a technical content specific to entrepreneurship management.  

The Associate of Science in Management is a two-year business degree designed to provide recipients
employable skills, which will facilitate their qualified entry-level placement in the job market, as well as a
foundation to any baccalaureate degree in business. Specialized certification may be acquired as part of the
degree to provide added proficiency for employment.

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering teaches students the necessary skills to design, analyze, and build electromechanical systems. Computer engineering is a field that includes elements of computer science, electrical engineering, software development, and mechanical engineering. Computer engineering emphasizes hardware integration with software or electrical systems. Although similar to electrical engineering, computer engineering provides more teaching in the areas of programming, sensors, and actuators. A student with a degree from this program will be well prepared to pursue an advanced degree in engineering or computer science, or to pursue a technical career in industrial and technological environments. 

The Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering (SE) is designed to emphasize learning the practical elements of producing reliable software in a professional setting. Building on the core foundations of computer science, this degree instructs students in the tools, techniques, and practices used to produce robust software in a variety of settings and to solve a broad range of problems.

Information Systems and Analytics is among the most in-demand majors today. More than ever before, organizations are seeking to derive actionable insights from large amounts of data to maintain their competitive advantage. Multiple career tracks in the Information Systems and Analytics Degree allow students to customize their education to fit their interests, develop new skills, and enhance their marketability to employers in a wide range of fields. Information Systems and Analytics mixes working with technology and people across a wide spectrum of disciplines.

The Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology (IT) will prepare students for a wide range of job opportunities such as systems analyst, network administrator, systems administrator, and IT administrator.  Students will learn to apply their skills to real world problems arising in various settings, as they master new technological techniques. This applied approach will motivate IT majors to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to solve complex organizational problems using technology.
 
Students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary for immediate employment and/or entrance into graduate school. 

The Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering (SE) is designed to emphasize learning the practical elements of producing reliable software in a professional setting. Building on the core foundations of computer science, this degree instructs students in the tools, techniques, and practices used to produce robust software in a variety of settings and to solve a broad range of problems.

This Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Innovation is one of three BAS degrees is based on the STACKS model of clustering several courses around a specific disciplinary or workforce skill. Each STACK also qualifies as an institutional or proficiency certificate and will appear on the transcript. This BAS is a flexible degree completion program targeting adult students who have completed some college credit or experiential learning that could be accepted for college credit. An associate's degree is not required. This program is designed to develop innovation and technology development skills by clustering courses into STACKS of variable credits and configuring the STACKS into pathways to graduation. Once a student has completed 60 credits including completion of GE math and English requirements, acceptance into this BAS degree completion program is guaranteed. Students will work with the program advisor to select the STACKS pathway that is most applicable to their educational and employment goals. STACKS from the BAS programs in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and from the College of Business may also be incorporated into the graduation pathway for this degree.

The Associate of Applied Science in General Technology (A.A.S.) - Information Technology emphasis, prepares students for entry-level IT careers.  The content incorporates related general education requirements, and provides students with the basic skills of networking, operating systems, programming, and hardware.  

The Associate of Science degree in Information Technology (IT) will prepare students for basic entry-level job opportunities such as help desk administrator.  Students will learn to apply their skills to real world problems arising in various settings, as they master new technological techniques. This applied approach will motivate IT majors to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to solve complex organizational problems using technology. Students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level employment and/or continuing on to a Bachelor of Science degree in IT.

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering provides students with necessary skills to design, analyze, and build electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems. Electrical engineering emphasizes electrical system design and control and extends into the areas of analog circuits, digital circuits, embedded systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, semiconductor devices, and electrical power. A student with a degree from this program will be well prepared to pursue either advanced degrees in engineering or computer science, or to pursue a technical career in fields such as electrical power systems, communications, or electronics design.

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering will provide students with analytical and hands-on education in the areas of design and manufacturing, mechatronics, solid-mechanics, thermofluids, mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Mechanical engineering is the broadest of all engineering disciplines and thus provides flexibility in terms of employment and pursuit of advanced degrees. The degree will prepare students to pursue either advanced degrees in engineering, science, or computer science disciplines or careers in various fields including product design, manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, transportation, energy production, automotive, biomedical, and environmental systems.

The pre-engineering degrees prepares students to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field of their choice by requiring foundational courses common among engineering disciplines. Students interested in pursuing Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science can earn the Associates of Pre-Engineering as a milestone to their chosen degree. 

The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology degree is the ideal interdisciplinary science program where chemistry, biology, and health sciences merge into a rapidly growing and high-impact field. The program dives into the chemical processes that allow life to exist, and how those processes are impacted by internal and external stimuli. Lab and research experiences provides students with active learning opportunities to apply complex concepts to experiments with real-world applications.
