University of Nebraska Acceptance Rate

As per US NEWS; with an acceptance rate of 81%, University of Nebraska — Lincoln admissions are more selective. A mark of 22 to 28 on the ACT or an SAT test score between 1090 and 1320 is required for admission to the University of Nebraska in half of the applicants and at least a similar grade is mandated for incoming students.

Admission Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible applicants must have the following prerequisite:

  • have a 3.0 total GPA in your high school.
  • Or, achieve an ACT score of 20 or above without taking the writing section.
  • Or, get a combined SAT Critical Reading and Math score of 1040 or better.
  • Alternatively, they must place in the top half of their high school graduating class.
  • It is recommended that all first-year candidates who are under the age of 23 present an official ACT or SAT score.
