The admissions process at Missouri University of Science and Technology is more rigorous, with an acceptance rate of 85%. The Missouri University of Science and Technology requires an ACT score between 26 and 32 or an SAT score between 1290 and 1460 for admission, which applies to almost half of the applicants.

Missouri University of Science and Technology also requires the candidate to meet the English language requirements specified by the university. The following test scores are accepted:
