Admission eligibility criteria

  • Approximately 50% of the applicants have a SAT score between 1410 and 1530 or a Demonstration score between 32 and 35 the same is expected from fresh applicants.
  • A GPA of 3.99 or higher is recommended for seamless admission.
  • Students need to complete their previous academic degrees from high school for a bachelor's course, and possess a bachelor's degree to apply for a master's program.
  • Payment of application fees of $70 USD (non-refundable).

Test required/ Average score

  • SAT Total: 1420-1510.
  • ACT Composite: 32-35.
  • Unweighted GPA: 3.6–4.0.
  • (TOEFL) paper-based: 577 or above
  • (TOEFL) internet-based: 90 or above (80 if applying to a Course Focused Engineering program).
  • IELTS – Band score of 7 or higher.

How the university evaluates applicants

The university mainly focuses on the SAT test scores, the GPA and the overall historical performance of students in previous academic endeavors. The standards of eligibility are high, with only a 30% acceptance rate. The minimum scores stipulated by the university are to be met. Moreover, for international students, English test scores such as TOEFL or IELTS are an important criterion as well.

Application deadline

The early Action deadline is November 1st, while the deadline for the Pre-Professional Scholars Program is December 1st. The spring semester final deadline is on November 15th. Applications received after the December 1 deadline will be considered on a space-available basis.
