About Campus and Accommodation

Less than 200 students attended the opening of the Glasnevin campus in 1980, which marked the beginning of the DCU saga. Since then, DCU has significantly expanded its territory and facilities to accommodate more than 19,000 students. Today, DCU comprises three academic campuses, a sports campus, and an innovation campus, all of which are situated in north Dublin's Glasnevin-Drumcondra neighbourhood.

The university's Glasnevin, St. Patrick, and All Hallows campuses are all situated in Dublin's north. A new state-of-the-art library at St. Patrick complements the former Glasnevin library, giving DCU two libraries.

The table below features the cost of accommodation.
