University Of Ottawa Admission Process 

Prospective students must submit an online application to the University of Ottawa with a non-refundable application fee of CAD 150 for international students and CAD 100 for Canadian citizens. During each admission cycle, students may submit applications to a maximum of three programs. 

The results of any applicable English language proficiency tests must also be submitted, together with certified transcripts from all previous academic institutions showing any degrees attained. In addition, depending on the program they are applying to, students may have to submit a CV, a personal statement, or both. 

For the fall semester, international students normally have to submit their applications by February, whereas Canadian citizens have until June to do so. However, students should check the university website for particular dates, as deadlines may change based on the program. 

After the application has been filed, it is assessed by the admissions committee, who then, depending on the program, makes decisions based on the applicant's academic performance, English language ability, and other factors. Finally, accepted students are given instructions on how to sign up for classes and reserve their spots in the program.
