What is NTSE? The full form of NTSE is the National Council of Educational Research and Training. In order to support and counsel the Central and State governments on policies and programs for improving the quality of education in schools, the Government of India established the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), an independent organization, in 1961.  NCERT not only conducts study, creation, training, extension, development, publication, and distribution operations, but it also serves as an operational agency for bilateral school-based cultural exchange programs with other nations. Along with collaborating and interacting with international organizations, the NCERT also hosts foreign delegations and provides educational professionals from developing nations with a range of training resources.
