The Emily Carr University fees are $18,299 per year for international students or roughly INR 13.72 lakh at the undergraduate level. For Master’s courses, fees range between $7,067.64 (INR 5.30 lakh) and $8,458.52 (INR 6.34 lakh) for 12 credits. There are Master of Fine Arts and Master of Design courses on offer. 

Required Exams 

Some examinations are included in the Emily Carr University requirements for admission. They include the following for undergraduate courses:

Admission Requirements

Here are the admission requirements for undergraduate courses:

1. Students should create their portfolios and submit them via SlideRoom. It should contain written responses, process projects, and 10 examples of creative practice.

2. You should complete Grade 12 in secondary school with five subjects including English (minimum C grade), two grade 12 academic courses, and two elective courses in grade 12.

3. The minimum GPA is 2.5 or C+ or at least 67%.

4. You should submit official academic and educational transcripts.

5. Scores in English language proficiency tests.

Here are the requirements for admissions to graduate programs:

1. You should have a bachelor’s degree in disciplines like media arts, fine arts, design, architecture, or any other relevant degree as per course requirement.

2. 3-year bachelor’s degree holders may apply if it is equivalent to the Canadian degree of four years.

3. The minimum GPA should be 3.0 or B and more.

4. Those in the final years of bachelor’s courses may also apply.

5. English language proficiency proof.
